Established in 1954, Yung Chin Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. has accumulated nearly 70 years of professional machine tool manufacturing technology. It produces highly stable professional machine tools. From casting to machining, machine assembly, inspection and shipping, everything is completed in its own factory in a one-stop production line. It continuously designs and develops high-performance and well-equipped machine tools, rapidly expanding its market. It is also one of the first manufacturers in the country to obtain ISO 14955 certification.

Yung-Chin Machinery's sustainable transformation has created robust smart manufacturing capabilities. By implementing a lean production management system, it can clearly monitor personnel, equipment, and quality. Digital information can accurately identify anomalies, and anomaly mechanisms can be activated to address them, effectively reducing errors, improving efficiency, and ensuring sustained production capacity.

The April electricity price increase plan will see an average increase of 10% to 11% for industrial, commercial, small business, and residential users. Large industrial users will see increases of up to 15% to 20%. Digital information will also allow for the investigation of on-site electrical equipment, the identification of high-energy-consuming equipment, and precise improvements to electricity usage patterns, reducing contracted capacity and avoiding additional penalties for breach of contract.

Net-zero emissions by 2050 is a global trend. The four key steps to achieving net-zero emissions are: carbon inventory, energy conservation and carbon reduction, increasing revenue and reducing expenditure, and creating green business opportunities. Yung Chin's efforts in net carbon emissions, from raw materials, casting, processing, assembly to packaging and shipping, all adhere to these four principles, aiming for low carbon first, then zero carbon. Yung Chin is a leading company nationwide in obtaining ISO 14955 certification, effectively reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions by approximately 50%. Yung Chin also expects to obtain ISO 14064 certification by the end of this year, making net-zero emissions an inevitable goal!
