July 18, 2013: Visit and exchange at Yingxi Precision's Dali Smart Manufacturing Factory.

Secretary-General Chen Chung-ping of the Taiwan Machine Tool & Components Manufacturers Association, along with his administrative secretaries, visited Yingxi Precision's smart manufacturing plant in Dali, together with Secretary-General Chen Cheng-hung and the conveners of various groups of the association.

As one of the pioneers in Taiwan's manufacturing industry, Yingxi Precision Machinery is highly recognized for its expertise in precision machining and smart manufacturing. This visit aims to gain a deeper understanding of Yingxi Precision Machinery's latest achievements and applications in smart manufacturing, and to further explore how the machine tool and component industries can leverage smart manufacturing technologies to improve production efficiency and quality.

Upon arrival at the factory, I was immediately struck by its modern production environment and advanced manufacturing equipment. A warm welcome from Yingxi provided an overview of the factory and its smart manufacturing technologies. The factory's facilities are comprehensive, covering all aspects from data-driven production management to automated manufacturing, highlighting the importance of smart manufacturing in improving production efficiency and reducing costs. We also witnessed advanced CNC machine tools and robotic automation systems, precision measurement and testing equipment, and efficient production process management. With explanations from professional engineers and technicians, we gained a deeper understanding of the principles behind these technologies and their application examples. This valuable visit was a great honor and a rewarding experience.
