September 18, 2014: Results Presentation of the "Taichung City Manufacturing Industry Lean Management Project"

We sincerely thank all the distinguished guests for attending the "Taichung City Manufacturing Industry Lean Management Project" results presentation on September 18, 2024. The success of this event is inseparable from your support and active participation.

The "Taichung City Industrial Lean Management Program" focuses on enhancing the competitiveness of local industries, assisting enterprises in carrying out lean management and process optimization, improving overall industrial efficiency and reducing costs. By leveraging the power of the city government, it brings together industry, government, and academia to witness the experience of manufacturing transformation and upgrading, and showcase the unlimited potential of Taichung's industrial development to the outside world, helping local enterprises improve productivity and international competitiveness.

The 30 "Industry-Academia Introductory Teaching Manuals" compiled from practical experience in the industry focus on three major categories: basic processes, components, and automation. In the future, in addition to adding articles in other fields, AI technology will be used to enable more students and new company employees to quickly bridge the gap and deficiencies between school education and workplace practice through online learning. Through the inheritance of practical experience from various companies, graduates can seamlessly connect with the workplace and become a combat force for enterprises.

We thank the Taichung City Government, the Taichung City Industrial and Commercial Development Investment Promotion Association, and all industry partners for their strong support of this project. We also thank the company representatives for their active participation during this period, contributing valuable experience and practical insights to the project's progress. Thanks to your joint efforts, our companies have been able to maintain their competitive edge and continue to grow in the global market.
In the future, we will continue to promote cooperation in related fields, making local industries more streamlined and efficient, moving towards a sustainable development path, and jointly creating more brilliant achievements.
