The Association held its 5th 7th Joint Meeting of Directors and Supervisors.
How can directors, supervisors, and conveners drive the vision in future meetings?

8. During the meeting, it was proposed to amend Article 21 of Chapter 3 of the Articles of Association, stipulating that the term of office for directors and supervisors is two years, with the possibility of re-election, while the chairman of the board can only serve one term. Should this be amended to a three-year term?

1- Discuss the proposal to "select candidates for the sixth board of directors and supervisors".
2- Discuss the proposal on "basic attendance rate of current board members and supervisors".
3- Discuss the proposal "Content of the TYSIA 10th Anniversary Celebration".
4- Discuss the proposal to "establish the TYSIA Advisory Committee".
5- Discuss the proposal of "current board members serving as chairpersons for board meetings".
6-Discuss the proposal of "1+N Carbon Management Demonstration Team of the Industrial Development Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs 2023 Net Zero Transformation Promotion Plan for Manufacturing Sector".
Provisional motion: 1- Regarding the Ministry of Economy's expansion of export controls on defense technology goods for military use to Russia and Belarus.
Open discussion: 1-List of directors and supervisors vs. convener mentors.
We would like to thank Chief Advisor and Head of Delegation Yang Chiung-ying, Advisor and Deputy Head of Delegation Yu Teng-po, and Advisor and E.SUN Bank Taichung Business Finance Center and Taichung Branch Gu Hong-cheng for their participation.
