5. Progress report on the 2025 TYSIA Spring Festival Gathering
6. Review of association activities held from August to December 2024

Discussion:
1- Discussion of the proposal on "whether the TYSIA Technology Talks and Member Factory Visits should be held once every two months".
2- Discussion of whether to include a meal at the "matchmaking forum for hand tool manufacturers applying machine tool technologies".
