April 18, 2014: One-day business visit to Sanlong Gear Co., Ltd.

Our association organized a "Sanlong Gear Visit Day Trip" on April 18th, led by our chairman Huang Yaode.

The group met and departed promptly at 7:45 a.m. on the day of the event. During the journey, everyone was full of energy, interacting and exchanging ideas, introducing their industries and professional fields, which set a relaxed and enjoyable tone for the trip.

Our first stop was the Sicao Green Tunnel in Tainan, where we boarded a bamboo raft and slowly cruised through the mangrove forest. This waterway, known as the "Amazon of Taiwan," is lined with lush trees and picturesque reflections, offering breathtaking scenery.

Lunch was arranged at the renowned "Fucheng Shifu" restaurant, where authentic Tainan cuisine was served. Both the taste buds and the visual appeal were greatly satisfied. During the meal, members chatted enthusiastically, creating a joyful and pleasant atmosphere.

The highlight of the afternoon was a visit to our key company – Sanlong Gear Co., Ltd.: "The driving force behind the successful completion of the Xuehe Tunnel." Chairman Liao personally received us and led us on a tour of the factory and manufacturing processes, providing an in-depth understanding of the entire gear product process from design and processing to quality control. Sanlong Gear's years of deep cultivation in the industry not only demonstrate its strong manufacturing capabilities but also left a deep impression on us regarding its high quality and innovative R&D capabilities.

What impressed everyone most was the chairman's discussion with the attendees. Breaking away from the usual serious and formal meeting format, he shared the joys and challenges of running the company and his vision in a humorous and engaging manner. He deeply shared the challenges and perseverance he faced during his entrepreneurial journey. Each of Chairman Liao's stories created a relaxed, energetic, and joyful atmosphere. Especially when Chairman Liao spoke about the hardships of starting a business and how he persevered through difficulties, everyone present expressed their deepest admiration. Chairman Liao has always upheld the motto "Never give up," a principle that is not only his personal motto but also the source of his strength in leading Sanlong Gear to overcome countless challenges.

Many thanks to Chairman Liao and colleagues of Sanlong Gear for their warm hospitality, and to all members for their enthusiastic participation. This one-day visit has come to a successful conclusion. In the future, our association will continue to plan more high-quality visits and exchange activities, hoping that every gathering will be an opportunity for learning and growth.
