We sincerely thank all our distinguished members for their enthusiastic participation in this Industrial Visit and Business Tour. Through a rewarding day of activities, participants not only broadened their horizons but also strengthened mutual connections, creating many memorable moments throughout the journey.

Our first stop in the morning was the "National Fire Agency Training Center, Ministry of the Interior". Through professional presentations and hands-on experiences, participants gained a firsthand understanding of the challenges firefighters face while carrying out their duties. From trying on heavy firefighting gear and learning about rescue equipment to experiencing simulated training exercises, everyone developed a deeper appreciation for the dedication, courage, and mission of firefighters who safeguard lives under extreme pressure.

Our next destination was "Zi Nan Temple", one of Nantou's most renowned religious sites. Members prayed for prosperous businesses, abundant opportunities, and continued success, while extending their best wishes for every member company to enjoy thriving operations and a steady flow of orders.

In the afternoon, we visited "Yu Jen Industrial Co., Ltd.", the featured company of this tour. The visit began with an unforgettable experience as the networking session was held in the company's employee cafeteria. Upon entering, participants were welcomed by a stylish American diner-inspired interior and energetic rock music, completely transforming the traditional image of a factory and leaving everyone pleasantly surprised.

One of the highlights of the visit was a guided factory tour personally led by General Manager Su, who generously shared the company's command center, business philosophy, production processes, and management practices. With his engaging humor and interactive presentation style, laughter filled the venue throughout the tour. Members not only gained valuable insights into the company's corporate culture but also experienced Yu Jen Industrial's commitment to talent development, management excellence, and continuous innovation.

This industrial visit was more than just a company tour—it was a valuable opportunity for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and professional networking. We look forward to organizing more industrial visits in the future, allowing our members to explore outstanding companies and inspire even greater collaboration and innovation.
