➤TYSIA 2023 Lean Manufacturing and Digital Transformation Course is about to begin. The lean manufacturing course organized by our association has specially secured project support and subsidies from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and has the potential to become the preferred supply chain for major domestic and foreign manufacturers in the future. Growing together has always been one of the main goals of our association, and we hope that all members will actively register to participate.

➤TPS can effectively improve production capacity and quality. Even though orders are stable at present, we cannot stop learning. TPS is the only way to improve the factory's health in the long term. We will start by changing the mindset of our colleagues through training. What will be stimulated will not only be the ability of our colleagues, but also the concept of improvement.

★Purpose of establishing the Lean Manufacturing Association: To evaluate member companies through self-assessment questionnaires on smart manufacturing, lean management, and autonomous lean production, thereby improving their lean production capabilities. This includes: process streamlining, eliminating the seven wastes, and standardizing operations; building highly competitive teams; and utilizing IoT (Internet of Things) and related technologies and systems to jointly construct the 【 TYS Digital Transformation Sharing Platform】, which aims to: reduce costs and improve efficiency, expand markets and increase profits; enhance domestic and international exposure; and provide opportunities for priority order placement.
