Thank you for attending the TYSIA 2023 Lean Manufacturing and Digital Transformation Seminar. Lean management is a management philosophy centered on value creation. By reducing waste and improving efficiency, it provides higher quality products and services while reducing costs. One of the core principles of lean management is to reduce waste, which can include overproduction, excessive inventory, unnecessary transportation, and product defects. By gaining a deep understanding of the various types of waste, it finds ways to improve efficiency. 4S is a method for organizing and tidying up the workplace. Its purpose is to create a cleaner and more orderly working environment in the factory through sorting, setting in order, sweeping, and cleaning, thereby improving work efficiency.
