2) Youshen Technology Co., Ltd.
✎Topic: Building an information chain for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry
✎Lecturer: Li Yunhua, Vice President of Youshen Technology

Founded in 2003, Yu-Shen Technology is a CBG team specializing in enterprise collaborative design, innovation, and R&D management for many years. With approximately 20 years of experience, from independently developing PDM products to collaborating with multinational corporations to develop various API programs, they have served manufacturing enterprises of all sizes. Currently, in addition to independently developing the CIMer PDM/PLM customized system, they have formed strategic alliances with UOF and VES to provide advanced system integration consulting services to the manufacturing industry.

With the rapid development of technology, digital transformation has become an important issue that modern enterprises must face. The three steps of transformation are digitalization and digital optimization, which are essential for successful digital transformation. Transformation mainly starts from the perspective of company operations, introducing digital tools and information systems with the goal of reducing operating costs. With the arrival of the digital transformation wave, the application of digital tools is an indispensable part.

UOF Cloud Office, through its Enterprise Information Portal (EIP), workflow BPM, ISO document management, and mobile office app, constructs a comprehensive enterprise automation management platform. This enables enterprises to easily obtain powerful management capabilities and accelerate the development speed of R&D units through the CIMer system. It also allows for precise progress control and reduces the cost of drawing version management. Furthermore, it ensures that drawings in the production unit are synchronized and accurate, documents are digitized, and the production line obtains the latest drawings in real time, taking a step closer to paperless manufacturing.

Building on the above, information transmission, whether through cloud computing, AI, or other new technologies, enhances productivity and data management efficiency. However, with the advancement of digitalization, data security and privacy have become critical issues. The manufacturing industry commonly faces three primary risks: ransomware, hacker attacks, and cybersecurity problems. VirtuaIES Virtual Encryption System (VES) encrypts the entire storage block. Technical data leaving the controlled area is also protected by VES, providing a secure, real-time encrypted storage protection mechanism. Without changing usage habits, mobile phones, computers, and the cloud can effectively control the access status of files, while simultaneously blocking hacker intrusions and ransomware, bringing invisible yet high-strength security and data integrity to files, realizing a secure and convenient smart era.

There are already numerous successful cases of digital transformation in the industry. Companies that have successfully undergone digital transformation have seen an average profit growth rate twice that of other companies. Digital transformation has become crucial for companies to survive and thrive in a highly competitive market environment. It not only improves business efficiency and competitiveness but also creates entirely new business value. However, digital transformation is not a simple process. It requires companies to make comprehensive reforms in culture, technology, and organization. Only through leadership, strategy, data-driven decision-making, integration, and collaboration, along with continuous learning and innovation, can companies lead their digital transformation and move towards a more brilliant and fruitful future.
