Lean Management × Smart Manufacturing | Delta Electronics Benchmark Visit

Event: Delta Electronics Taoyuan Plant 3(Intelligent Creation Wisdom Center)
This visit was organized byTYS Precision Intelligent Manufacturing Team made meticulous arrangements, with Vice Chairman Xie Manyu personally leading the team.The team visited Delta Electronics' Plant 3 to gain a deeper understanding of the practical applications of smart manufacturing, lean management, and automation systems, enabling team members to have a more concrete and comprehensive understanding of the production processes and digital practices in the high-tech industry.
 
Delta Electronics has long been committed to value innovation, focusing on power electronics and energy-saving technologies, continuously refining automation technology, and widely applying these technologies to industrial manufacturing and living environments, moving towards creating a high-quality living environment. The three factories showcased their achievements in smart factory, process integration, and energy management, fully demonstrating a production philosophy that combines intelligence and efficiency.

Observing the current situation of SMEs and traditional industries, most still face pain points such as unstable production line efficiency, insufficient data integration, and a lack of automation tools and simulation testing capabilities.
