Jingkai Trading Co., Ltd. was established in 1999. In its early days, it was an agent for 3M reflective materials and thermal insulation products. With its own processing plant and a professional technical team that has cooperated with 3M for more than 20 years, it became an authorized distributor of 3M industrial adhesives and tapes and an authorized distributor of 3M occupational safety protection products in 2021.

Many thanks to Chung Han-Yi, Application Engineering Expert at 3M Taiwan Minnesota Mining & Manufacturing Co., Ltd., for sharing the characteristics of single-sided special tapes and VHB tapes during the course. This allowed attendees to understand the differences in tensile strength, elasticity, durability, sealing effect, water resistance, temperature resistance, and bending surface fit of the tapes, among other things. Applications range from general industry (slide rails, hot pressing equipment, paint masking), electronics (mobile phone lenses, portable device mounting (e.g., car dashcam brackets), aviation (airport maintenance routes), transportation (logistics cargo slide rails (wear-resistant and slip-aiding), car window frames), and home appliances (robot vacuum cleaners), etc. Furthermore, many attendees are currently implementing 5S, and the 3M flooring tape is particularly useful. 3M flooring tape replaces traditional painted flooring tape, leaving no residue after application, eliminating the need for paint removal, and reducing maintenance and repair costs. This demonstrates that even a small piece of tape can make a big difference.

The event included interactive exchanges between the instructors and attendees, a quiz with prizes, discussions on relevant experiences, and hands-on product tensile testing. Everyone gained a lot and was full of praise; it was truly a worthwhile trip!
