Subject: Transformation of the Traditional Industrial Nameplate Industry

Lecturer: Hsu Wei-lun, Business Specialist, Lishan Mingban Industrial Co., Ltd.

Instructor Qualifications: 30 years of experience in nameplate manufacturing; Ministry of Economic Affairs TTQS certification and ISO9001 certification.

Organizer: Wang Junyan, Operations Management Team, Yaohong Technology Co., Ltd.

Many thanks to Sales Representative Hsu Wei-Lun from Lishan Mingban Industrial Co., Ltd. for sharing the company's production process, product case studies, and advantages during the course. Lishan Mingban has been dedicated to the nameplate industry for over 30 years, serving clients in a wide range of sectors including U-Bikes, Poly tags, well-known home appliances, sports equipment, and testing equipment, etc. The course highlighted the differences between traditional panel module designs and new touch panel modules. For example, traditional panel indicator PCBs are bulky, and adding or removing buttons requires modifying the entire PCB. Lishan Mingban's new touch panel modules integrate indicators and some circuitry with the panel, significantly reducing size. This allowed attendees to truly understand the advantages and differences of this transformation. Lishan Mingban has recently expanded its service footprint to Thailand and plans to relocate its production lines there to reduce manufacturing costs, reflecting the increased profits in customer pricing, creating a win-win business!

The event allowed participants to exchange ideas and learn from each other's experiences, resulting in a very rewarding and worthwhile trip for everyone.

Thank you to all the attendees that day.
