Product Description
Global Inspection Service
ASR boasts a unique international network enabling it to inspect goods worldwide, primarily in Asia. Typical inspections include sensory checks or instrumental measurements at various stages of production to ensure goods meet your required quality and delivery dates, and to continuously monitor your products' compliance with appropriate specifications or standards/regulations throughout the production process.
- Pre-production inspection
This process is performed before production; the inspection items include parts, raw materials, inventory, production plans, and initial batch inspections. The aim is to identify product problems early in the production process, make timely improvements, reduce rework costs, and avoid delayed delivery.
- Inspection during production
ASR personnel will conduct inspections during the production process (when 50% complete) to ensure that product specifications meet contractual requirements. ASR personnel will also provide on-site advice to production staff to maintain product quality throughout the production process.
- Finished product sampling inspection
Once at least 80% of the shipped products have been packaged, ASR personnel will conduct sampling inspections according to the finished product inspection procedures and MIL-STD-105E or agreed-upon methods. If necessary, the loading process will be monitored at ports, airports, or the shipping company's premises.
Supplier selection and monitoring
The purpose of this service is to control process quality at the manufacturer's or subcontractor's site and ensure that manufacturing equipment complies with procurement specifications, applicable blueprints, regulations and standards, and other relevant contractual documents. This level of involvement can be specified by the client and may include phased inspections, surveillance testing, or final inspections. Inspection content may include:
- Inspection of raw materials before production.
- Production process inspection is used to check whether a certain level of quality is maintained during the production process.
- A comprehensive quality control check is conducted before shipment to ensure that the goods meet the specifications and/or the requirements of the letter of credit.
- The delivered goods are inspected at the buyer's premises to verify that they conform to the pre-approved sample or pre-specified quality level.
- Third-party verification of the delivered goods.
- To conduct inspections in order to distinguish between good and bad quality goods.
