Product Description
Engineering plastic injection molding
The padding is injection-filled with DuPont 100ST engineering plastic (POM), which is strong and resistant to high tensile strength; it is narrow and does not take up much space.
Material
- Body: Medium carbon steel S45C, galvanized (Cr3+).
- Steel balls: Chromium-molybdenum bearing steel SUJ-2, heat treated to HRC 56°±2, surface plated with hard chrome.
- Pad: DuPont 100ST POM engineering plastic.
