Gravity wear-resistant type
Suitable for heavy-duty vehicles or machinery, ultra-wear-resistant and requires no lubrication.

Material

  • Body: HKF - Medium Carbon Steel S45C, heat treated, galvanized (Cr3+). XKF - Alloy Steel SCM 440, custom orders accepted.
  • Steel balls: Chromium-molybdenum bearing steel SUJ-2, heat treated to HRC 56°±2, hard chrome plated.
  • Outer frame: medium carbon steel S45C or stainless steel SUS410.
  • Gasket: Teflon copper mesh (PTFE) - composed of a soft and tough copper mesh and a special fluoropolymer coating.
