Five-axis machining center
- Surfaces or planes at any location in 3D space can be machined.
- All 5 axes simultaneously reach the specified position and direction.
- Regardless of how the workpiece contour changes, the cutting tool can remain perpendicular to the workpiece surface or at a specific angle.
- It is specifically designed for cutting, drilling, and grooving aluminum, POM, and light alloy materials.
- The new generation 5-axis controller, equipped with a 5-axis head imported from Italy, can perform five-sided machining at once.
- The tempering process ensures that the heavy base remains strong and stable.
- German CAM software and automatic vise positioning function simplify the five-axis machining process.
- The angle head rotates at ±120° on the A-axis and ±220° on the C-axis, making it suitable for angled drilling, tapping, milling, and multi-face machining.
- The tilt angle is adjusted by computer control.

- The angle head has a tool loading and unloading button.
- The built-in spindle features high precision, low vibration, low noise, and zero backlash.
Mechanical properties
- The double-layer tool magazine stores saw blades and cutting tools in two separate layers, allowing for quick tool changes.
- The special irregular-shaped material clamp design ensures stable clamping. The clamp is equipped with rollers to prevent material damage.
- The automatic fixture displacement and positioning system has a self-sensing function to detect the fixture position, preventing the tool from accidentally damaging the fixture.
