It undergoes normalization, tempering, carburizing, and cryogenic treatment, followed by precision grinding and mirror finishing. The spindle exhibits no thermal deformation or wear, and achieves high grinding accuracy. |

Grinding wheel spindle hydrostatic bearingThe grinding wheel spindle uses a hydrostatic bearing, which eliminates all metal-to-metal contact friction. This special hydrostatic bearing design also enhances the spindle's rigidity and provides excellent shock resistance. |
Tailstock lubrication systemThe tailstock lubrication system uses an oil bath lubrication system to ensure the high precision of the tailstock at all times. The tailstock is equipped with an oil level gauge so that the operator can easily check the oil level. |
