High-rigidity spindle system 
The spindle adopts a modular design, and the support bearings use a sleeve type, which has better precision and life than the general box-type design.

High-torque spindle drive system 

• The spindle power is delivered via a two-stage German-made ZF planetary gearbox, providing full horsepower and high torque output at a low speed of 250 RPM, fully demonstrating its high-torque cutting characteristics. (FBL-360)
• The drive belt is made of imported high-strength toothed belt, which can transmit torque without slipping. The external transmission mechanism has low noise, low heat transfer, good heat dissipation, and is easy to maintain and adjust.

Tail-mounted system 

• The tailstock body is highly rigid and effectively suppresses vibration.
• The tailstock displacement is automatically controlled by a programmable Z-axis saddle. (Optional for FBL-300)
• A rotary spindle can be added for increased load capacity.

Powerful Dota 

• Equipped with a powerful hydraulic turret, it provides high-intensity cutting loads, and its internal components are robust, absolutely meeting the stringent requirements for high performance.
• Optional 12-position turret.
