High rigidity structural base design

  • 30° integrated slanted back design: strong chip removal capability.
  • The base features a grid-like rib design, providing excellent rigidity for the machine. It is made of strong and durable Meehanite cast iron and employs rigorous hard rail scraping technology to maintain optimal dynamic level accuracy and durability.
  • The X/Z axis hardened rail design, combined with wear-resistant pads, provides low friction, high damping, and excellent shock absorption.

Precision spindle design

  • The 6" and 8" spindles can handle bars of Ø51mm and Ø65mm respectively.
  • Generally, a position detector is used for spindle rotation and position detection and correction.
  • The spindle, equipped with a milling turret, has a C-axis segmentation accuracy of up to 0.001°, allowing for precise positioning of the spindle before milling.

High-efficiency Y-axis turret composite machining

  • Equipped with a power turret with a Y-axis, it can perform X, Y, and Z-axis feeds, making it suitable for machining more complex shapes; the orthogonal Y-axis design ensures the accuracy of machining dimensions.

Modular design of tailstock and second workpiece spindle

  • In addition to the standard manual tailstock, the NTC series also offers programmable tailstock, servo tailstock, and a second workpiece spindle as options.
