DSV-500+DSV-500S (with APC) Dual Spindle Features Description
  • The DSV-500 dual-spindle dual-tool magazine high-efficiency multi-function machining center is designed for small-scale mass production of parts.
  • The DSV-500S twin-spindle, twin-tool magazine, and APC (Automatic Tool Changer) machining center is a high-efficiency multi-function machining center particularly suitable for small-scale mass production of parts. It saves machining and loading/unloading time, and improves production efficiency. Pallet rotation: 180° rotation.
  • The casting structure features a rib reinforcement design, which enhances the rigidity, stability, and precision of the machine tool.
  • Three-axis screw with an outer diameter of 40-C3, precision pre-stretched assembly screw, direct drive, high precision, and long service life.
  • The spindle adopts the heavy-duty BBT40 with an outer diameter of 150mm, which improves cutting efficiency.
  • The XYZ three-axis linear guide is equipped with 35/45/45 high-rigidity roller linear guides, which have high anti-vibration characteristics and achieve high-quality machined surfaces.
  • The column adopts a large-span A-type design, which makes it more stable when combined with the bed and improves the rigidity of the machine tool.
  • The Z-axis adopts a three-axis linear guide design, and the dual spindle heads with symmetrical locking reduce cutting vibration.
  • The dual-spindle, dual-Z-axis motor configuration allows for fine-tuning of the parallelism of the two-axis tool tips by 0.001-±5mm.
