A/C axis rotary table The worktable surface is on the same plane as the C-axis rotation center, improving the positional accuracy of machining points. The worktable has a ø350 mm diameter and a ø50 mm center hole. The ear-shaft support design provides strong support rigidity, and the tilt axis can rotate at an angle of 150° (+30 / -120°). Maximum machining range: ø400 x 310 mm. The indexing plate has pre-installed fixture piping for use with fixtures/clamps. The fixture has 6 pre-installed pipelines (2 air compressors / 4 hydraulic compressors).
	Tool magazine features Standard 24T (30T) disc-type tool magazine. 40 / 60 / 90 / 120T chain tool magazine (optional). The automatic door device for the tool magazine prevents chips from entering and extends tool life.
Yongjin Machinery manufactures its own high-speed IDD direct-drive spindle. Equipped with Yongjin Machinery's self-made IDD PLUS direct-drive spindle at 12,000 rpm. With a maximum spindle horsepower of 22 kW and a maximum speed of 15,000 rpm (selectable), it is suitable for high-speed machining. A special spindle cooling system provides stable machining capabilities. Spindle bearing oil-air lubrication system (optional) High-precision helical spring broaching system. The BBT40 spindle design features a double-sided restraint design on the spindle tool holder, ensuring machining rigidity and accuracy while extending tool life.
	Advantages of multi-axis machining Shortening the tool length increases cutting rigidity and improves cutting accuracy, machining quality, and machining efficiency in multi-faceted machining. When using a ball end mill, it is best to avoid cutting the diameter of the cutting tool to extend tool life and improve the surface finish. Reduce workpiece clamping errors and shorten workpiece loading and unloading time. No special tools are required for machining, saving on tooling costs. Complex mold/part processing can be completed in one go, saving the cost of special fixtures. Reduce processing steps and costs to increase production capacity.
