Transmission control
Precision ball screw: Uses an independent constant temperature cooling machine (optional) with oil circulation cooling to ensure that the screw does not deform, the feeding action is smooth, and the positioning is accurate.
High-rigidity linear guide rails: This machine uses heavy-duty, high-speed linear guide rails, which feature low dust generation, low noise, low surface pressure, and excellent lubrication. This effectively suppresses temperature rise, ensures a long service life, and requires minimal maintenance for extended periods.
Heidenhain optical scale (optional): High precision, contamination resistant (single field scan), noise resistant (fully conductor-coated).
High-precision spindle
The spindle is a built-in type. The maximum speed is 50,000 rpm. The spindle is lubricated by a pneumatic oil pump, which is dedicated to providing oil and air lubrication for the spindle, and the spindle temperature is controlled by a spindle temperature controller.
Advanced CNC controller
New Tiger machining centers can be equipped with a variety of advanced CNC controllers. All feature high-speed milling, NURBS surface machining, and are easy to learn and operate.
Network technical support function
It adopts network transmission function, and the program is centrally managed and processed by personal computer. It can be edited in real time and quickly transferred to the machine, shortening the preparation time.
Cutting capability
Applicable to the processing of molds, medical devices, semiconductors, optics, automotive parts, etc.
