Special sawing action design
After the saw blade horizontally cuts the material, the working platform is pulled open by the pneumatic cylinder, and the saw blade returns to its original position. This feature is specially designed to avoid the material being affected by the saw blade returning during processing, thus making the processed material surface smoother.

Machinable materials

1. Automatic feeding, automatic positioning, automatic oil spraying, and automatic sawing.
2. The saw blade operates horizontally and is suitable for processing wider and larger materials.
3. The use of a servo motor to drive a ball screw (or a high-precision ground tooth row) ensures high accuracy.
4. It features a touchscreen for easy operation.
5. The cutting method uses hydraulic pressure to drive the cutting, resulting in high sawing stability.
6. It can set 100 memory size groups, and each group can set up to 12 sizes.
7. The computer will automatically record work reports such as the time and quantity required for each processing session, so as to facilitate processing cost accounting.
8. The machine will automatically detect when there is no material during the processing, or you can choose to set the tail length yourself.
9. Materials can be placed side by side and stacked.

Suitable for sawing
Heat sinks, aluminum, copper, PVC, plastic steel, bakelite, acrylic plastic, Teflon, honeycomb board, wood and other non-ferrous metal materials.
