Product Features

Spindle head stability and high rigidity

The spindle head uses precision bearings, exhibiting optimal spindle stability. Whether it is outer diameter grinding, inner diameter grinding (optional), or end face grinding, accuracy can be guaranteed.

Special hydrostatic bearings

The grinding wheel bearing uses a special hydrostatic bearing designed for precision grinding, which has many advantages such as lightness, no metal friction, no heat generation, no deformation, and high precision.

Precision grinding wheel head

The grinding wheel spindle is precision machined from high-grade alloy steel. It undergoes normalization, tempering, carburizing, cryogenic treatment, and other processes, followed by precision grinding and mirror finishing.

Diverse grinding applications

This machine is multifunctional, covering straight-line grinding, shoulder grinding, transverse grinding, end face grinding, and taper and inner diameter (optional) grinding, making grinding applications more diverse.
