Machine Features
- The machine tool adopts a rigid rail design to improve the stability of large-diameter machining; the worktable has a full support design, which has high stability and can withstand heavy loads, ensuring the accuracy after machining.
- For large-diameter BTA drilling, the number of spindles can be changed by 1-2 to meet machining requirements, making its application more flexible and convenient. Single and double spindles enable machining to achieve higher precision and quality requirements.
- The cutting fluid motor and pump are specially designed to address the different chip removal characteristics of small and large orifices, with two separate high-pressure and low-pressure systems to achieve optimal cutting efficiency.
- The extra-large oil tank design, coupled with a high-capacity fully immersed oil temperature cooler, accelerates oil temperature cooling, improves processing efficiency, and extends tool life.
