The A12 linear guide A-series is designed to achieve an optimal balance of structural rigidity, machining speed, and output efficiency in various industries, including automotive and aerospace. The standard configuration of this series is a BT-40 belt-driven 8,000 rpm spindle, with optional configurations including a BT-40 belt-driven 10,000 rpm spindle, a BT-40 direct-drive spindle at 10,000/12,000/15,000 rpm, and a BT-50 belt-driven 8,000/10,000 rpm spindle. These spindle options offer extensive flexibility and support a wide range of machining applications. All three axes utilize high-precision 45/45/45mm roller linear guides and Ø45/45/45mm ball screws. The A12's unique four linear guides and eight sliders on the Y-axis provide optimal support for high speed and machining accuracy. Through the stress-relieved construction of Meehanite cast iron (FC30), the meticulously designed columns and saddles, and the use of double-layer castings, the highly rigid structure effectively absorbs vibrations generated during cutting.

• Extra wide door design
  The door is 1365mm wide, making it easy for operators to load and unload tools and workpieces.
• Stable gas supply system (optional)
  The pre-emptive air tank function provides a stable air source and improves equipment uptime.

• The A-12's scrap conveyor is standard equipment.

• More sliders provide more stable support for the X, Y, and Z axes.
  The X/Y/Z axes use PMI 45/45/45mm roller linear guides manufactured in Taiwan, with 3/2/3 sliders and 2/4/2 rails.
• More spiral chip removal design on the Y-axis
  The Y-axis has two spiral chip removal mechanisms to increase chip removal capacity.

• Enlarge the saddle pad to enhance support for the worktable.
• Box-type double-layer cast columns
  The unique column design achieves excellent rigidity to minimize vibration and deformation caused by cutting.
