The JIH-CNC18MDS is a multi-functional machining center integrating milling, drilling, tapping, and sawing. Building upon our company's strengths in high-precision, high-capacity sawing machines, it features a high-speed, high-precision spindle head for milling, drilling, and tapping. It boasts CNC functionality and a user-friendly touchscreen interface, utilizing multi-axis servo motors to drive ball screws for fast and precise arbitrary positioning. The sawing length and drilling/milling positions can be set arbitrarily, suitable for single-piece milling, drilling, tapping, and sawing operations in a single pass. Depending on different processing needs, multiple processing steps can be selected, such as drilling only, cutting only, drilling and milling only, milling and cutting only, or drilling and tapping only, either individually or in combination. An automatic tool changer is also available as an option to save operating time.
