High-rigidity, high-precision B/C axis rotary table
- The B/C axis rotary table is equipped with an optical scale as standard to meet the demanding requirements of high-precision positioning machining.
- The high-rigidity worktable features a tailstock support, ensuring high-precision turntable rigidity even at high speeds, providing optimal advantages for complex five-axis machining.
- The worktable is equipped with a high-efficiency hydraulic unit, providing powerful clamping force.
|
Self-made IDD direct-drive spindle design
- The spindle adopts an IDD direct-drive design, which can meet the force and speed requirements of various types of machining, and ensure machining rigidity and tool life.
- With built-in precision ceramic bearings and a unique internal design, it can provide spindle water output of up to CTS 20 bar, effectively suppressing heat generation and providing perfect machining surface precision.
- The spindle uses a 17 kW high-power motor, which can achieve the best smooth surface when machining hard materials at high speed.

Tool magazine features
- Standard 40T chain tool magazine.
- 48/60T chain tool magazine (optional).
- The use of an absolute encoder for detection ensures high stability and reliability of the mechanism.
|
Automatic tool changer system
- Tool change time (T to T): 1.8 seconds.
- The automatic door device for the tool magazine prevents chips and cutting fluid from entering, thus extending tool life.
- The tool changing arm, equipped with frequency converter control, achieves high efficiency and high reliability in tool changing.

Chip removal design
- The head is equipped with a cutting fluid spray pipe and a chip blowing device, along with a chip blowing spray gun and a machine cleaning spray gun, which helps to clean iron filings inside the machine.
- Combined with the right-side skylight and left-side base for chip removal, it effectively removes iron filings.
- The chip discharge port design on the base allows iron chips to fall directly and then be carried out by the iron chip conveyor, reducing chip accumulation inside the machine.

|
Ergonomic design
- The large front door design provides ample working space after the door is opened, making it convenient for users to clean and maintain, measure workpieces, and load and unload materials, thus improving the ease of operation for users.
- The right-side door can be equipped with an automatic door device, which can be used with automated equipment to achieve unmanned production.
- The 145° movable controller can be freely adjusted to the most suitable operating angle, providing optimal user-friendliness.
- When equipped with the spindle center cooling system (CTS) and oil mist collection device, a fully enclosed sheet metal system (including an automatically opening and closing top cover) can also be selected to effectively prevent iron filings and cutting fluid from splashing outside the machine and improve the air quality of the factory.
- The tool magazine is located on the left side of the machine and is equipped with a maintenance door, which makes it convenient for the operator to load/unload tools and improves the convenience of maintenance.
