Its unique design features a simple and sleek shape, conforms to ergonomics, and is easy and convenient to operate.
The external handheld unit developed by Yulian features a full voltage input from DC 5V to 24V, reverse voltage protection, and electrostatic discharge resistance up to ±10KV, preventing damage to the machine in case of misconnection. To enhance its electromagnetic interference resistance, it employs a shielded design and has passed reverse polarity voltage testing, IEC power-on testing, and IEC electrostatic discharge resistance testing. The IP67 dustproof and waterproof casing, after special treatment, can withstand high-intensity impacts and has passed oil resistance tests for cutting oil and lubricating oil.
Taiwanese-made encoders offer stable performance and high reliability, high scale accuracy, fast output response, instantaneous speed of 600 RPM without signal loss, excellent tactile feedback, and ease of use. MPG electronic handwheels have undergone a lifespan test of over 5 million RPM and are available in various styles and sizes.
Compatible solutions for various specifications of wires and connectors
We offer high-quality spring cables with 17 to 27 cores. Our TPU cable material is an environmentally friendly plastic that becomes stronger with use and automatically decomposes in the natural environment after use. It has a normal operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, is oil-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and abrasion-resistant. It meets UL758 aging standard testing and IEC 60228 specifications, and all materials comply with RoHS standards.
Plug configurations include bare wire (factory), soldered military-grade connectors, and D-SUB connectors. It comes with a hanger, bracket, and permanent magnet for strong adhesion, making it easy to place and access next to the machine. The standard cable length is 3 meters, extendable to 5 meters, offering flexible and convenient use. Customized product development is available to meet the wiring needs of different equipment, providing a series of external handwheels that offer rapid application, multi-functionality, and flexible support. Their mechanical and electrical performance is suitable for many factory applications, maximizing product stability and safety.
We offer laser engraving services for company logos and special text and patterns on dials and nameplates. As long as you provide the image file (.jpg, .png, .dwg, .psd, .ai, .dxf, etc.), we can print and output it.
