宇聯電子MPG系列設計的出發點在於強化產品的實用性，因此使用了耐衝擊的材料，有正面防塵、防水及防油的保護能力，編碼器採光學式旋轉，非接觸性的檢出結構，不會造成振動而影響信號輸出，我們的電子式手輪壽命可達300萬轉次以上，精度不變。屏蔽式設計可抗靜電干擾，DC5V至24V的全電壓輸入，穩定的性能與高可靠性，線路誤接不怕燒壞，因為產品具有正向、逆向輸入防護機制，只要重新以正確方式連接即可使用。簡易固定式讓安裝及更換變簡單，適用各種自動化設備及CNC數控系統機床，外置式手持盒單元及CNC操作面板上皆可使用。

The handwheel is available in four outer diameter sizes: 58mm, 72mm, 125mm, and 140mm. The housing material is carefully selected for its lightweight, impact-resistant properties, meeting the needs of both external electronic handwheels and various mechanical control panels. The electronic handwheel is available in 25PPR and 100PPR versions, with both resistive and differential circuit options. The interface output can be selected as 5V or open circuit. Currently, up to eight standard specifications are available for direct supply.
It can be used with a variety of CNC controllers and PLC controllers.
It is compatible with various existing controller brands, such as Siemens (Germany), Mitsubishi (Japan), FANUC (Japan), Fagor (Spain), Haas (USA), Heidenhain (USA), Pou Yuan (USA), Syntec (USA), and industrial CNC systems, and is also suitable for programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The dial accepts laser engraving services for company logos and special text/patterns; as long as you provide the image file (.jpg, .png, .dwg, .psd, .ai, .dxf, etc.), printing is possible.
We offer sample testing services, MPQ certification, and a one-year warranty under normal use.
