Two-point support for the central frame of the inclined saddle structure
The saddle slide rail is a T-shaped hard rail to improve the stability of the saddle.
The sloping saddle structure, combined with the two-point support of the center rest, can minimize the vibration of the cutting tool during machining, thereby improving the workpiece accuracy and the fineness of the machined surface.
The center frame is made of high-grade phosphor bronze, which has excellent wear resistance.
The center rest and the workpiece move simultaneously, effectively reducing the wear of the center rest.
