We have developed and integrated various circuit configurations, and have accumulated hundreds of types of dedicated circuit boards for machine tools and industrial machinery. Compared with the traditional method of directly purchasing relay module boards and connection boards and assembling them ourselves, which sometimes requires buying several module boards to add an extra function, a custom-made dedicated composite circuit board can achieve the same function more quickly.
Several controllers, such as MITSUBISHI and FANUC, can be planned on the same motherboard. Components and circuits are integrated, eliminating the need for repeated wiring. The number of spare parts can be reduced from more than 10 to 1-2, reducing management costs by nearly 70%. Customized circuit board text markings and functional labels shorten troubleshooting time, while reducing human error and wiring time. Maintenance is also convenient, greatly saving costs.
The circuit board uses FINDER contact relays, providing various contact protection types to ensure service life.
Traditional wiring methods are labor-intensive and time-consuming, and they cause frequent wear and tear on electronic components, affecting the performance of machinery and equipment and significantly increasing maintenance costs. A wide variety of PCB electronic components are available: terminal blocks, connectors, relays, and protective devices.
The circuit board can be customized to accept a full range of voltage inputs from DC5V to DC24V, and features power input protection devices such as fuses, LED power indicators, and operation indicators. Standard contact types 1A, 1B, and 1C can be paired with 1P, 4P, 8P, 16P, 32P, and up to 60P pins, accommodating various I/O circuit layouts.
We offer electronic components from major brands, including relays such as OMRON, FINDER, and IDEC, all of which are industrial-grade durable relays; terminal block types such as JAS/H, UEFA, WAGO spring-loaded, crimp spring-loaded, screwless, and through-hole terminal blocks, etc., which can be selected according to your needs. They are equipped with foolproof design and are easy to maintain without tools.
For different control connection points, such as FANUC I/O modules and SIEMENS connector types, several types of connectors are available, including horn-shaped connectors, quick-connect connectors, Fujitsu, D-SUB, SCSI, and HONDA connectors. Generally speaking, the FANUC A03B series I/O modules CB104, CB105, CB106, and CB107 use 50-pin HONDA connectors, while Siemens X111, X222, and X333 use 50-pin horn-shaped connectors. Additional contact protection devices such as surge absorbers, COM point jumper devices, capacitors, and diodes are also provided, making the device safer to use and eliminating concerns about circuit burnout causing machine damage.
