SBL-A

The locking method is a six-point locking system with a 30° thread half-angle. This is superior to the three-point locking system, ensuring that all six fixing copper parts are evenly and completely engaged with the male thread, resulting in a more perfect anti-loosening effect. The nut itself has precision-ground internal threads, end faces, back faces, and outer circles to reduce potential balance issues and wind shear noise problems that may occur during high-speed rotation.

SBL-B

This type of nut differs from the SBL-A nut in that it features an adjustable balance screw hole on the back, solving the inconvenience and precision issues associated with balancing high-speed spindles. This design, combined with the company's developed noise-reducing screw to plug the balance screw hole, completely eliminates noise issues caused by high speeds and wind shearing.

This type of nut differs from the SBL-A nut in that it features an adjustable balance screw hole on its outer circumference. When the spindle design cannot use the SBL-B type, this nut is the best alternative. Furthermore, this design, combined with the company's developed noise-reducing screw to plug the balance screw hole, can completely reduce noise issues caused by high speeds.

SBL-D

The locking methods are radial three-point (below M45) and radial six-point (above M50). Its thickness is thinner than other products, making it suitable for situations where the thickness of the nut is limited and other products cannot be used. A balance screw hole is added to the back of the nut itself, which solves the inconvenience and accuracy issues of adjusting the balance of high-speed spindles. Combined with a noise-reducing screw, it can reduce noise problems caused by high speeds.

Silencing screws

The noise-reducing screws are made of PC fiber, which is lightweight and has stable properties. Their function is to eliminate high-frequency noise generated by the balance screw holes of the main body or accessories of a high-speed spindle during high-speed operation. They also keep the balance screw holes clean, preventing rust from affecting balance accuracy and ensuring spindle life and precision.
