The company was founded in February 1988 as Chang-Chun Machinery Co., Ltd., with 5 employees. Initially, it only specialized in producing 1.5 milling machines, producing about 15 units per month, mainly selling to Taiwan. The following year, it began to expand its export business, mainly to the United States and Southeast Asia.

Due to continuous business expansion, a trading department and a Taiping factory for manufacturing electrical discharge machining equipment were established in 1992. Changming Industrial Co., Ltd. was also established, increasing the number of employees to 35. The annual turnover growth rate exceeded 10%, and the export business continued to grow.

Given the continuous growth of our business, production volume had been unable to break through. In early 1995, our company purchased approximately 5,000 square meters of land, planned and prepared the site for factory construction, and moved in in July of that year. The trading department, electrical discharge machine factory, and milling machine factory were consolidated in the new factory for unified operation, increasing the number of employees to 60. The factory established five major departments: Sales Department, Mechanical and Electrical Department, Quality Assurance Department, Manufacturing Department, and Plant Administration Department. The entire machine assembly process was completed in the factory and shipped out.

The export business mainly focuses on the CMV/CMQ models manufactured in our factory, and is sold to various countries, mainly in European countries, the United States, Canada, South Africa, and South American countries.

Domestic sales mainly focus on Taiwan and mainland China.
