The factory covers nearly 2,500 square meters and is equipped with 58 state-of-the-art fully automated CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling and turning centers, and a DMG MORI NHX6300. Combined with the latest CAD/CAM software technology, hydraulic and pneumatic safety circuit fixture systems, and a human resource development program, the factory ensures consistent production processes and stable quality. Two FANUC robotic arms further improve the working environment and significantly increase per capita output, laying a solid industrial foundation.
In addition to ISO9001 international certification, our factory uses the latest IMS 3D measuring machine and MITUTOYO inspection equipment to ensure quality control.
