Year Shan Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in March 1989, originating in Daya District, Taichung. Its current location is in Shalu District, Taichung City, adjacent to Taichung International Airport. Originally a manufacturer of gray cast iron, the company later attracted talent from various fields and developed and launched shrink-cast and ductile iron products. Its main business includes the manufacturing of automotive parts, various industrial hardware and machinery, automotive parts, machine tool parts, and casting of parts for civil construction machinery.

The chairman was well aware that traditional casting methods could no longer meet the casting environment at the time. In 1995, he purchased a Danish DISA automatic molding machine and completed ISO9000 certification in 2004. Then, in August 2005, in order to increase production and stabilize quality, he purchased three sets of high-frequency induction furnaces and a Japanese Shimadzu spectrophotometer. Currently, the monthly production capacity is over 750 tons. Yaxin is meticulous in its concern for production capacity and quality and continues to improve the casting environment.
