Function Description

  • Measure the static displacement of the spindle to confirm the stability of the machine tool structure and the spindle itself.
  • Variable speed measurement was used to analyze thermal changes and spindle drift patterns at different speeds.
  • Measure the runout and tilt of the spindle at different operating speeds.
  • It conforms to ISO230-3, ASME B5.54, and ASME B5.57 standards for testing the accuracy of thermal deformation.
  • Record and store measurement data.
  • Output results report.
  • The measurement data is imported into a dedicated modeling software to generate a temperature compensation model for the EdgeQ-T online temperature compensation module.
