IRIS-M Vibration Camera
IRIS-M 使用高速攝影機拍攝一段設備振動的影片,然後分析每個畫素的連續變化,將其振幅放大數十倍,使用者立刻可以看見並觀察其振型。
Application areas
Dynamic balancing / Vibration inspection / Modal and operating mode measurement / Low-frequency vibration measurement of bridges and buildings / Vibration measurementFeatures
Generally, the vibration patterns of mechanical equipment are invisible to the naked eye. However, through the software processing of the IRIS-M vibration camera, the vibration patterns of the equipment in the video can be visualized directly, allowing you to see the vibration situation, identify structural weaknesses or problems, and help you quickly solve vibration issues.
IRIS-M uses a high-speed camera to capture video of equipment vibration, then analyzes the continuous changes in each pixel, amplifying the amplitude dozens of times, allowing users to immediately see and observe its vibration mode. Compared to traditional modal/ODS testing and analysis techniques, IRIS-M is more intuitive and faster to use. No professional engineers are required; only simple operational training is needed to use this equipment in the field.
By observing changes in pixels in a video or film, the IRIS-M can even extract data such as vibration waveform, amplitude, spectrum, and phase angle at a specified location in the video. Therefore, it can also be used as a non-contact displacement meter, and its functions are much more powerful.
This equipment is well-suited for identifying and resolving vibrations caused by pipeline vibrations, foundation loosening, structural resonance, or other structural design issues within a factory. It is also suitable for various structural vibration analyses, such as those in automotive, aerospace, military equipment, and civil engineering.
