Quality control inspection equipment
We use German ZEISS 3D measurement equipment to inspect all machine castings and parts, ensuring machining accuracy and product quality.
Optical ruler protection device
The X, Y, and Z axis optical scale protection devices ensure the service life of the optical scale. The lubrication system adopts a volumetric digital display type column oil press, ensuring that the oil supply to the slide, screw, gear and other parts is accurate and uniform, thus extending the service life of the machine.
Oil injection valve
The X, Y, and Z axes have sufficient and uniform oil supply to all slides and screws, and the gears and bearings are supplied with digital display oiling machines.
High rigidity structure
The fuselage undergoes forced tempering (quenching and tempering) and is made of FC30 material, which is wear-resistant and does not deform. In terms of rib design, it has high rigidity and minimizes vibration during processing.
Precision ball screw
The X and Y axes use preloaded double-nut precision ball screws, which provide smooth feeding, minimal backlash, and excellent positioning.
Suspended control panel
The control panel is designed to be very simple and easy to understand.
