Product Description
The filter media in the filter canister uses three layers of special materials and a weaving process, achieving a filtration accuracy of up to 5μm and a flow rate of up to 110 LPM, effectively filtering the material and delaying its saturation.
Due to the operating environment and cutting conditions, water mist, oil mist, smoke, dust, etc., cause environmental pollution. In order to protect the environment and keep it clean, different materials are selected, such as polyester fiber, resin fiber, high-efficiency HEPA and glass fiber or ozone (O3), to make a filter canister with a high efficiency oil mist recovery and air purification rate of 99.9%.
Features
- Polyester fiber: Polyester fiber cotton can intercept oil mist, allowing the oil mist generated after the machine is running to adhere to the filter media and naturally drip back to the tray for recycling.
- Fiberglass absorbent (oil-absorbing cotton): Its function is similar to that of polyester fiber absorbent, preventing oil mist from condensing into oil droplets and effectively intercepting suspended particles contained in the oil mist, thus ensuring that the filtered air reaches a level of air quality that is harmless to the human body.
- High-efficiency HEPA filter media: It serves as the last line of defense for the main filter canister. After the oil mist is effectively blocked by two layers of polyester fiber cotton and glass fiber, the remaining oil mist and suspended particles generated by oil gas are filtered again by HEPA, effectively blocking and purifying suspended particles in the air to a purification rate of 99.9%.
- Ozone (O3) has sterilization and deodorization functions: When ozone (O3) is used, it utilizes the reduction process of oxygen to complete the functions of sterilization, deodorization, detoxification and purification.
