Product Specifications
When the operating pressure of a single-stage air-cooled air compressor is around 0~7 kg/cm2G, the exhaust volume produced per horsepower is greater than that of a two-stage air compressor. However, if the operating pressure exceeds 7 kg/cm2G, the exhaust volume produced per horsepower of a two-stage air compressor is greater. Therefore, when the operating pressure exceeds 8 kg/cm2G, it is recommended to choose a two-stage air compressor.

Selection of air compressors
- Determine the pressure to use (kg/cm² G)
The exhaust pressure of the air compressor, in addition to the actual operating pressure, also needs to take into account the height of the air delivery pipeline and the purification system.
- Determine the actual air volume used (Hmm)
When selecting the air volume, factors such as the gas usage cycle, peak maximum air volume, gas storage capacity, potential leaks, and future expansion plans should be considered. Generally, it is advisable to select about 20% more than the actual usage.
- Select applicable model
After deciding on the above two points, you can select the appropriate model according to the standards and specifications in this catalog. (Please note: the selection should be based on the "actual displacement" under the operating pressure). Generally speaking, the actual displacement is 0.65 for single-stage and 0.8 for dual-stage.

- Use the required motor
The appropriate motor should be selected based on the chosen air compressor model and operating environment. This could be a single-phase 110V, three-phase 220V, or 380V motor.

For Fusheng brand air-cooled air compressors with a capacity of 2 hp (inclusive) and above, please use a three-phase motor. If the motor is a fully automatic model using a three-phase power supply, please install an electromagnetic switch to prevent damage to the motor.

The valve plates are made of special valve plate steel imported from Sweden, and are precision machined, ground, and stress-relieved. They exhibit excellent strength, toughness, and impact resistance at high temperatures.
3. Cylinder head
The dense, streamlined air channels provide excellent heat dissipation.
4. Cylinder
The inner wall is precision CNC machined and ground, making it wear-resistant and durable.
5. Crankshaft
Forged from high-quality steel, it boasts high strength, and all grinding parts undergo surface hardening treatment for exceptional wear resistance. It includes a counterweight for minimal vibration.
6. Piston rings
Both the compression ring and the oil supply ring are precision machined, resulting in minimal lubricant consumption and reducing the risk of carbon buildup and oil loss that could cause the valve assembly to burn out.
7. Connecting rod
Precision machining with specialized machines, including boring, ensures that the parallelism is maintained within a certain standard, making the compressor run more smoothly and stably, and less prone to oil loss.
8. Bearings
We use high-quality imported bearings to ensure long-term, continuous operation.
9. Air filter
It effectively filters the intake air and also has a high degree of noise reduction.
10. Automatic unloading device
Its ingenious and sensitive design ensures safe operation.
11. Air compressor pulley
Through rigorous dynamic balancing correction, the air compressor operates more smoothly.
12. Crankcase
The bearing center hole and all planes are machined in one go using the same CNC machining center to ensure parallelism and perpendicularity.
