PET Bottle Cleaning and Recycling System

PET bottle cleaning and recycling systems are mainly used to process recyclable PET materials such as mineral water bottles, cola bottles, and various beverage bottles discarded in daily life. The entire cleaning system, much like washing clothes, requires one, two, or even three washes to achieve a clean result, depending entirely on the cleanliness of the incoming materials and their final use.

The focus of each set of equipment is on how to clean, therefore the cleaning process is divided into three parts:

1. Pre-wash

The main purpose is to remove and clean the mud, sand, and loose soil, and to reduce the wear and tear on the machines in the next process caused by the mud and sand.

II. Main Wash

The main purpose is to clean stains such as oil, sugar, and glue, and to achieve a clean finish by using detergents or a rubbing mechanism.

III. Rinsing

Finally, the remaining oil stains, detergent, and solvent adhering to the bottle flakes are cleaned again to complete the final product.
