Vibration meter series vPod

The vPod Lite, vPod, and vPod II models all feature full-featured acceleration, velocity, and displacement measurement modes. The vPod and vPod II also include bearing condition measurement capabilities. The vPod II, the top-of-the-line model, has a memory function that can record up to 1000 measurement data points. It can also download pre-set inspection measurement paths from Trendex software (optional) and send the measurement data back to computer software for basic predictive maintenance applications.

The vPod vibration meter allows for quick switching between preferred unit systems or the calculation of average and maximum values. It comes equipped with a hard-sided carrying case, a high-precision vibration sensor (accelerometer), signal winding cable, a strong magnetic base, probes, and a protective sleeve.

vPod Lite
As the basic model in the vPod series, it features three measurement modes: displacement, velocity, and acceleration. The screen is backlit, allowing it to operate in low-light conditions, and it can automatically diagnose the status of the vibration sensor and signal cable, displaying the results on the screen to avoid erroneous measurements.

vPod
As a mid-range model, the vPod features a bearing detection mode, allowing for quick assessment of bearing health, and boasts a high-precision magnification function with a resolution of 0.1 micrometers, making it ideal for measuring minute vibrations in precision machinery. Furthermore, the vPod also includes calculation capabilities, displaying average and maximum values, and offering features such as freezing the screen.

vPod II
As the highest-end model, it has a memory function that can record 1,000 measurement data entries. It can also download pre-set inspection measurement path files from the optional Trendex computer software and send the measurement data back to the computer software for basic predictive maintenance applications.
