Product Description

Suitable for immediate crushing and recycling of sheets, films, trimmed scraps, and online thermoforming waste.
We have developed various specialized shredders for wide sheets, plates, waste materials, films, thermoformed scrap, and vacuum thermoformed scrap. These shredders automatically pull in the feed and transport it to the shredding chamber for fine crushing. The crushed material is then transported by a blower to a cyclone separator for storage. A quantitative mixing ratio with the raw materials creates a small-scale recycling system. This reduces operating costs and waste generation. The shredders are also suitable for offline processing of defective sheets and films, including shredding, recycling, and regranulation. Offline slitting machine scrap is immediately conveyed, shredded, and recycled by the baling machine. These durable models are designed for long-term use.
