Product Introduction
ST-4800A is suitable for dynamic balancing of air-bearing spindles (sleeve diameter: 61.92mm) for PCB drilling machines; ST-4800AX is suitable for dynamic balancing of small high-speed ball bearing spindle assemblies (sleeve diameter: 50mm-100mm); ST-4800B is suitable for dynamic balancing of small rotors or motor spindles.
This balancing machine uses a high-sensitivity vibration sensor to measure the dynamic imbalance vibration of the rotor, and is equipped with a high-speed, high-resolution and noise-resistant signal acquisition unit to calculate the dynamic imbalance. It also features a user-friendly interface, making the dynamic balancing correction work more efficient.
In addition, it is equipped with a spectrum analysis function to analyze the operating characteristics of the spindle or motor rotor in order to determine the cause of vibration, such as dynamic balance, magnetic vibration, misalignment due to poor bearing assembly perpendicularity, etc.

Dynamic balancing of PCB spindles, high-speed motor spindles, motor rotors, high-speed turbine rotors, small high-speed spindles, and engraving/milling spindles.
Features
- Using a high-bandwidth and high-sensitivity vibration sensor, the centrifugal force of rotor dynamic imbalance is measured.
- The balancing machine is a desktop, flexible-support design, with an integrated control box containing a computer, screen, inverter, and other control switches.
- Optional motor configuration with an angle sensor (encoder) provides an unbalanced position angle positioning and identification indication function.
- The base track surface undergoes high-frequency heat treatment to resist wear and maintain precision, and the bearing support frame is a flexible mechanism to amplify unbalanced force signals.
- For dynamic balancing of PCB air bearing and ball bearing spindles, one control unit can be selected, paired with two dynamic balancing machines, such as the ST-4800A and ST-4800B control units.

- Provides a dynamic balance correction mode based on the influence coefficient method for high-speed soft support.
- It includes real-time spectrum analysis capabilities to determine the spindle's operational characteristics and assembly properties.
- Dynamic balancing correction allows for the selection of adding or removing weights, and includes functions for calculating drilling depth for different materials.
- The dynamic balancing calibration has a component calculation function, which can automatically or manually select the holes to be weighted and distribute the weight.
- The balancing software can automatically calculate the ISO 1940 balance grade, judge the calibration results, and display GO or NG.
- The report printing function allows for the addition of a company header and logo, and offers the option to print in Chinese or English. It can store over 100,000 records.
