BMU (Bearing Regulator)

特別設計的機械結構，消除減速機內部及齒輪，齒條間的間隙，徹底解決一般減速機驅動齒輪齒條時，針對製造或安裝上的誤差所產生的背隙，給予彌補或消除。

可由單顆伺服馬達驅動，在電腦參數的設定上，比使用雙顆伺服馬達的電機消隙更為容易。

輸出法蘭為板式設計，易於安裝調整。

Features

Fully enclosed gap elimination

The specially designed mechanical structure eliminates the gaps inside the reducer and between the gears and racks, completely solving the problem of backlash caused by manufacturing or installation errors when a general reducer drives a gear and rack, thus compensating for or eliminating it.

Cost saving

By using only a single servo motor drive, the backlash elimination effect of dual servo motors and drivers can be achieved, thus reducing the cost of the NC controller.
Because backlash is eliminated, the machining tool path is stable and its lifespan is increased.

Easy to set up

The fully enclosed mechanical backlash elimination is driven by a single servo motor, making it easier to set computer parameters than the backlash elimination using dual servo motors.

This results in better surface smoothness and precision.

After the backlash is eliminated, the tool path becomes stable, resulting in better surface smoothness and accuracy.

Super torque

Large, high-quality tapered roller bearings enable the output shaft to withstand greater axial and radial loads, as well as ultra-high torque and rigidity, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

High starting performance

The integrated output gear shaft design, with specially made high-strength gears with fewer teeth, allows the servo motor to be selected in a smaller size to obtain minimum starting torque and greater rigidity.

High positioning accuracy

Precision gear grinding results in smooth tooth surfaces and accurate tooth profiles.
The gearbox and inner ring gear adopt an integral structural design and are made of special alloy steel, which has high stability.

Long lifespan, low noise

The gears are precision ground and undergo deep carburizing hardening treatment, followed by precision tooth surface grinding, resulting in high gear rigidity, smooth tooth surface, and excellent wear resistance, which can extend service life and reduce noise.
Even after prolonged operation and use, it still maintains its gap-eliminating function.
